Hiring desk · November 2026 · read by a person, not only a score

PulseBridge Careers

Work a real desk for a real company.

We are not a call centre that rents out seats. Every agent here sits on one client's desk, learns their product, and answers as part of their team. You get a named team lead, a defined queue, and work that someone overseas actually depends on.

Where you work On a set shift, not on a rota that changes weekly. Most desks are in our office; each role says whether it is on site, hybrid or remote.
Who you work for One client at a time. You learn their product properly instead of switching brands every call.
Before you go live Training and nesting first. You do not take live work on day one.

What the job is actually like

Worth reading before you apply. We would rather you opt out now than three weeks in.

  • The hours follow the client, not the sun.

Our clients are in the US, UK and Australia. Some desks run nights. The shift is fixed when you join and you will know it before you accept.

  • You are measured, and you see the numbers.

Quality scores, handling time, resolution, targets — whatever your desk runs on. Nothing is scored in secret and your team lead reviews it with you.

  • You work from the office.

Proper headsets, proper connectivity, and a supervisor you can turn to. This is not a work-from-home role.

  • You will be trained before you are thrown at anything.

Product training, then nesting on supervised work, then a live queue.

How hiring works

Four steps. We tell you where you stand at each one.

  1. Apply

A short form and a handful of screening questions. Takes about five minutes.

  2. Interview

A 30-minute call about your experience, the desk you would sit on, and the shift pattern.

  3. Paperwork

Your training agreement, then your appointment letter — sent to you to read and sign online. Nothing to print or post.

  4. Training & start

Structured training and nesting before you take live work. Your team lead is named from day one.

Questions candidates actually ask

Do I need BPO or call-centre experience?

For agent roles, no — it helps, but clear English and the right attitude matter more, and we train. For quality, workforce and team leader roles, yes: those need someone who has done the work before.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your answers are scored immediately and you see the outcome on screen. If you move forward you also get an email with a link to book your interview.

I was rejected by the screening. Can I apply again?

Yes. Different roles have different screens, and we open new desks regularly. Apply for the role that actually matches your experience.

Do you charge anything to apply or to train?

No. We never ask a candidate for money at any stage. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for a payment, tell us at [email protected].

Can I upload my CV instead of answering the questions?

You can attach a CV on the application form and it is read alongside your answers — but the screening questions are still required. They are how we compare candidates fairly.

Nothing here fits, but you want to work with us?
